The most meaningful festive moments are not measured in days, but in the time shared together.
Winter arrives differently on the Adriatic. The sea remains impossibly blue, the mountains stand quietly in the distance, and the bay takes on a gentler pace that invites guests to savour each moment a little longer. At One&Only Portonovi, festive celebrations unfold against this remarkable backdrop, where every day feels both relaxed and extraordinary.
The season begins with traditions that bring family and friends together, embracing the spirit of Time As One. The glow of the annual tree lighting, the charm of the Christmas Market and the warmth of seasonal gatherings transform the resort into a destination filled with anticipation and wonder.
Days are shaped by simple pleasures. A leisurely breakfast overlooking the marina, an afternoon stroll along the waterfront and lingering conversations beside crackling fires become part of the rhythm of the holiday. Here, luxury is found not only in exceptional surroundings but in having the time to truly enjoy them.
As daylight fades, the atmosphere shifts. Twinkling lights reflect across the bay, festive music fills the air and the promise of memorable evenings awaits. The celebrations have only just begun.

The festive season is, above all, a celebration of togetherness. Around every table, stories are shared, glasses are raised and familiar traditions meet new discoveries. At One&Only Portonovi, dining becomes the heart of the holiday experience.
Throughout the season, waterfront terraces, elegant dining rooms and welcoming gathering spaces set the stage for memorable occasions. Seasonal flavours, festive favourites and thoughtfully crafted menus bring people together, whether for an intimate dinner, a celebratory lunch or an evening that stretches long into the night.
As the celebrations unfold, each date on the calendar offers a new reason to gather. Moments are shared over exceptional cuisine, accompanied by live entertainment, festive traditions and the unmistakable atmosphere of the Adriatic in winter.
From cherished holiday feasts to the glamour of the year's final countdown, every occasion is designed to be enjoyed slowly, savoured fully and remembered long after the season comes to a close.

The most treasured festive memories are often the simplest. The excitement of seeing lights sparkle against the night sky, the anticipation of a special arrival or the joy of spending uninterrupted time together. These are the moments that define the season.
For younger guests, holiday magic comes to life at Santa's Grotto, where letters are written, wishes are shared and imaginations run free. Daily festive film screenings provide another opportunity for families to gather and enjoy classic holiday favourites together.
Christmas morning brings one of the season's most anticipated traditions as Santa makes his grand arrival, filling the resort with excitement and celebration. It is a moment that delights young guests while reminding adults why these traditions remain so special.
Beyond the festivities, the greatest luxury is simply time. Time to reconnect with loved ones, to create new traditions and to enjoy the rare pleasure of being fully present. Some gifts cannot be wrapped.

As one year draws to a close and another begins, moments of wellbeing offer a welcome complement to the festive calendar. It is an opportunity to restore energy, embrace new intentions and start the year feeling refreshed from within.
The season concludes in the spirit of togetherness, bringing festive traditions, meaningful celebrations and restorative experiences together in one memorable Adriatic escape. From first toast to final farewell, this is Christmas and New Year, celebrated the One&Only way.
