The HoReCa Fair in Podgorica was exactly such an event: long awaited encounter of an industry which, more than ever before, had the need to be seen, heard and felt again. Since this fair was not just an exhibition area — it was an experience.
At the “Imanje Knjaz” in Podgorica, during the two-day HoReCa Fair, this important business event reconfirmed its role of the central place of encounter of the professionals from the field of hotel and restaurant management.
Since, this fair was not a mere exhibition area — it was an experience.

The Panel discussion raised important questions on market development, business innovations and improvement of the quality of services in the region.
One hall smelled of freshly prepared food, warm, rich flavours which invoke the Mediterranean and round-the-table gatherings. In the adjacent one, the tone changed — chocolate, ice-creams… sweet and seductive flavours, took the visitors to a completely different world. And then, several steps further away, the atmosphere of luxury hotels: discrete scents of hotel cosmetics, carefully selected fabrics, sophisticated details of the interior defining contemporary hospitality.
Among these worlds — the energy in motion.
Chefs in full swing, pizza masters skilfully shaping the dough before the spectators’ eyes, summer evoking artisan ice-cream display cases, carefully arranged plates, tastings which followed one another minute after minute. Every step was bringing a new story — from top-quality victuals and beverages, to the equipment, design and solutions which shape contemporary hospitality/catering space.

Everything was there — and perhaps this is exactly its greatest strength.

The atmosphere which is rarely seen at domestic fairs — dynamic, lively, professional, but concurrently relaxed — created a space where people, ideas and businesses interacted naturally. And perhaps most importantly — this fair was not just an overview of what HoReCa industry today is, but a hint of what it may yet become.

Within the framework of the HoReCa Fair, Caffe Montenegro created its podcast corner — place of encounter, dialogue and ideas. In that very place, through spontaneous talks in a dynamic atmosphere of the event, stories were born that depict best the spirit of the HoReCa community.
Announcement talks for the podcast “Coffee with Caffe” were recorded live during the Fair, with special focus on the content and the quality of dialogue. Short, yet meaningful and inspirational encounters with professionals from the area of tourism, hospitality/catering, gastronomy and business showed how important it is to talk openly about the challenges, innovations and future of the sector which constitutes one of the cornerstones of Montenegrin economy and identity.
“Coffee with Caffe” is not a typical podcast interview format. It is an independently created media platform and the original project of the magazine Caffe Montenegro, developed with a clear editorial vision, defined identity and long-term development line. The Project was designed as an autonomous content — with its own concept and rhythm — which supplements naturally the mission of the brand, but also functions as a separate communication channel.
The format was designed as a free-standing, but editor-led dialogue. With no rigid form and predefined patterns, with the focus on authentic stories, first-hand experiences and professional insights. The goal is for every episode to bring a new perspective, relevant topic and real value for the community.
The “Coffee with Caffe” is more than a podcast — it is a project with strategic content and a place for dialogue where professionalism meets experience, and talks become stories which remain.
The guests of the podcast are people who shape the standards in the HoReCa sector and tourism — who launch trends, develop businesses, introduce innovations and create a recognizable service quality. It is exactly through such talks that our podcast has become a platform which not only informs, but documents contemporary trends in the HORECA industry and tourism.
Great interest in our podcast corner during the Fair reconfirmed the need for direct communication and platforms which connect professionals in this field. In the era of flesh news, the “Coffee with Caffe” offers a space for a thoughtful conversation, exchange of experiences and establishing a durable dialogue — befitting the industry based on people and relationships.
