With the opening of the new Voli Hypermarket at the end of 2025, this part of Igalo has received a modern, multifunctional area which combines shopping and catering in a contemporary manner. The “Bar 90” restaurant on the upper floor of this wonderful facility is a natural follow-up of the VOLI catering operation — the extension of the experience in which everyday life meets small joys, which make life nicer.
The “Bar 90” is not just a restaurant within a shopping mall. It has been devised as an area which is adjusted to the guest and the moment — from a break with a style to family gathering.
The day commences there with the aroma of fresh coffee and morning chats. As early as at 7:30, the “Bar 90” receives the guests who stop by before work, those who come for breakfast break, all those who like to start the day in a pleasant setting, outside their homes, but with the feeling of familiar atmosphere, as well as passengers who call there to have a rest and enjoy fine food and the ambience.
As hours go by, the rhythm changes, but the energy stays the same — relaxed and pleasant. The Menu is rich and a quality one, created knowingly with resulting tastes to remember. Depending on the time when you come to the restaurant, on your alimentary habits, there is everything: numerous breakfast options, from fritters to royal eggs with avocado and salmon, tortillas, bruschette, pasta, risotto, pizza, BBQ gourmet dishes, grilled food, soups and chowders, fantastic meat dishes and the sea menu which even narrowly specialised restaurants of this type would be envious of.
Our first visit to this restaurant was also challenging in the sense of placing an order, it is difficult to make your mind up with such a rich menu. This time, although we certainly recommend everything on the menu, we decided to have bruschette with salmon, ideal for a starter, through Adriatic Caesar salad, which brings the freshness of the Mediterranean, up to the juicy, perfectly prepared steak in red wine sauce — the dish which makes you come here on purpose for, and not just by chance. Everything was fantastic, I have to highlight the steak, I expected it to be excellent, it is in fact perfect, which is rare even in the restaurants of long-standing. My recommendation to all those who like that special, for chefs in many ways demanding, gastronomic speciality.
Desserts deserve a special chapter in the restaurant. The selection from the VOLI pastry shop in Podgorica has already got its fans, and in the “Bar 90” it gets its perfect finish to a meal — the sweet point because of which one stays at the table longer than one plans.
It might seem superfluous and even expected, but I am going to mention it: the selection of coffee, spirits, soft drinks, cocktails, the selection of wine here is a sheet which gives anyone the possibility to order his/her favourite drink and beverage.
Easy to park, easy to get to your table, without city bustle
Guests have underground garage and the outdoor parking area at their disposal to accommodate 150 vehicles. From the garage, elevator takes you directly to the restaurant, while the escalators take you to the hypermarket, making thus going shopping or going to the restaurant an easy and effortless affair.
The “Bar 90”, and we got personally convinced, is a new serious gastronomic address for hedonists who plan every moment of enjoyment.

The “Bar 90” stretches on the impressive 980 square metres, divided in several parts: main restaurant area, elegant VIP area, as well as two terraces — indoor and outdoor. Every segment has its atmosphere, thus it is equally suitable for morning coffee, business lunch, family meal or evening relaxation with a glass of drink.
Lighting gives it a special charm, devised in such a way that the ambiance changes throughout a day — from bright and transparent daily atmosphere to warm, dimmed evening tone which turns the area into a pleasant lounge setting. In addition, the walls tell the story of this place, with the motifs of Herceg Novi and the illusion of looking behind the shutters, providing a Mediterranean spirit to the interior in a contemporary interpretation.
Not only the seating capacity, but also the layout of the interior contributes to the subtle atmosphere of comfort. The elegant VIP area has a separate entrance and provides a special experience to the guests who book their place there.
The lighting of the entire facility was designed in such a way that the ambiance changes naturally from the bright daily one to the warm, dimmed evening atmosphere, while the walls with the motifs of Herceg Novi and the illusions of views add a Mediterranean charm to it.
